Proposals aren't one size fits all. A winning proposal will be customized to the needs of the client and the specific project. Take the time to research the clients, including speaking with them to understand their exact needs and expectations.
USE A STRONG SUBJECT LINE
Instead of a generic heading or subject line like " Proposal for ABC Company", write something that demands attention, like "Improving User Retention and Conversion Rates for ABC company Website".
INCLUDE THE IMPORTANT DETAILS
Your proposal should clearly provide necessary details for the client, like the:
- Project scope
- Clients goals
- Timeline
- Deliverables
- Coast
- Contact info
KEEP IT SHORT
The proposals shouldn't be wordy or longer than it needs to be. Make it concise and straightforward, using formatting that's easy to read ( subheadings, bullet points, bold text, and whitespace).

Remember that your clients may not understand the terminology you would use if speaking to another designer. Instead of using technical jargon, write in simple terms that anyone can understand.
FOLLOW UP
Sending the proposal to the client is not the end of the process. Set a reminder on your calendar to follow up on a specific date if you haven't heard anything from the client. Let them know you're willing to talk and answer any questions they may have
